Do you offer Delivery?

We sure do! Delivery is available in select zip codes. Ask a team member for details!

Does delivery include installation?

A.

In most cases delivery does include installation. Restrictions apply. Water hoses, Dryer ventilation or other needed connections sold separately. We do not offer installation on cooktops, wall ovens or microwaves. Ask a team member for more details.

Can you haul away my broken appliances?

A.

If Neu Appliances is delivering an appliance to you, haul away of your broken appliance is included If the item is accessible. Please let us know at check out if you require haul away of your broken appliance. Restrictions apply. If neu appliances is not delivering an appliance to you, We do not offer pickup of broken appliances.

What is your return policy?

A.

We accept returns within Fifteen (15) days of purchase, no return will be accepted after that time.  Returns are credited in the form of Store Credit. Customers must use any Store Credit within Ninety (90) days of receipt. No Refunds will be issued at any time. All returned items must be in the exact condition under which they were sold. A restock fee of 15% on all returned items applies. Ask a team member for more details!

Can you hold the appliances after purchase?

Absolutely! We can hold items for up to 2 weeks after purchase. If you need delivery; We can schedule delivery up to 2 weeks out from purchase. If you want to pick the items up; We can hold the items at our warehouse for up to 2 weeks from purchase for pickup.  Ask a team member for details.

Can you hold an item for me before purchase?

Unfortunately we cannot hold items until they are purchased. You can purchase by phone or in person at our store.

Do you offer any Warranty?

A.

We sure do! All our products come standard with our 30 – day Parts and Labor Warranty included. We also offer 1 – Year Extended Parts and Labor Warranties. Ask a team member for more details.

Do you have a dolly I can borrow?

A.

We sure do! If you purchase an appliance from us and prefer to transport it yourself, feel free to borrow a dolly to help move it. As long as you bring it back within 24 hours, there is no charge! Ask a team member for details.

Do you offer consignment on broken appliances?

A.

We do not. Appliances must be in good cosmetic condition and 100% functional to pass our testing process. For questions about an appliance you’d like to consign, feel free to email us at consign@neuappliancesaustin.com.

Do you service appliances?

A.

If the item was purchased from Neu Appliances, Yes. Call for more details at 512-992-2714. If the item was not purchased from Neu Appliances we do not offer service, try our friends over at Tony’s Appliance Repair at 512-788-7346.

Do you take in trades?

A.

We sure do! We offer consignment on your current appliances if they meet our criteria. We treat your consignment and purchase as 2 separate transactions. Fill out our consignment form and mention your trade in the notes section and we will take it from there.
