APPLIANCE LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION

1. No refunds will be issued.

2. Delivery Fees purchased only guarantee transportation of products, and do not guarantee removal or installation of products.

3. On sales receipt, appliances are designated 1 of 3 warranty types:

● Standard 30-Day Limited Warranty (seen as “In-house Stn” on sales receipt);

● Extended 1-Year Limited Warranty (seen as “In-house Ext” on sales receipt);

● Manufacturer's Warranty (seen as “Manufacturer” on sales receipt)

 

4. All appliances and their parts (hereafter “appliances”) are sold as-is pertaining to cosmetic condition. Neither The Manufacturer, nor Neu Appliances, will replace, repair, or warrant cosmetic parts (parts that do not affect the mechanical operations of the appliance) including, but not limited to: shelves, doors, handles, lightbulbs, scratches, dents, or any other part(s) of the appliance that does not affect the machine’s mechanical operations.

5. The purchaser, their transport and installation parties (if used), users of the appliances, and other parties not Neu Appliances (hereafter “customer”), are responsible for testing and maintaining the appliances after installation for any irregular symptoms.

6. If an irregularity is noticed: immediately, safely, and correctly, uninstall the appliance and contact the designated warranty party.

7. ACIMA financed sales are final, and are not eligible for refunds, returns, and/or store credit. All applicable warranty policies still apply.

8. Proof of purchase is required to obtain service obligations.

IN-HOUSE LIMITED WARRANTY

WHAT IS COVERED

STANDARD 30-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY (Seen as “In-house Stn” on sales receipt)

  1. From either the delivery date by Neu Appliances’ Delivery Team, or the date The Customer picked up the appliance, for 30 (thirty) days, when this appliance is installed, operated, and maintained according to manufacturer specifications (contact the manufacturer for details), Neu Appliances will provide parts and labor to correct defects in materials or workmanship that existed when this appliance was purchased, or at Neu Appliances’ sole discretion, replace the product. In the event of product replacement, the replacement appliance will be warrantied by the remaining term of the original unit’s limited warranty period.

    1. Defects must be verified by a Neu Appliances’ Service Employee.

    2. Service and repair must be provided by a Neu Appliances’ Service Employee.

    3. Neu Appliances will service a single appliance up to but not exceeding three (3) times as long as each service is a confirmed mechanical issue by a Neu Appliances’ Service Employee and each service is within a valid warranty period.

    4. Proof of purchase is required to obtain service under this limited warranty.

EXTENDED 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (Seen as “In-house Ext” on sales receipt)

  1. After the Standard 30-Day Limited Warranty has exhausted, for 12 (twelve) months, when this appliance is installed, operated, and maintained according to manufacturer specifications (contact the manufacturer for details), Neu Appliances will provide parts and labor to correct defects in materials or workmanship that existed when this appliance was purchased, or at Neu Appliances’ sole discretion, replace the product. In the event of product replacement, the replacement appliance will be warrantied by the remaining term of the original unit’s limited warranty period.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

  1. Stove gas lines, dryer gas lines, dryer vent tubes, dryer steam kits, front load stacking kits, rubber and metal washer fill hoses, refrigerator water lines, dishwasher water lines, and other appliance installation connections purchased.

  2. Disconnecting, removing, or installing appliances that are, or need to be, hardwired.

  3. Special parts, adapters, and other unique installation fixtures not carried within Neu Appliances’ inventory.

  4. In-home instructions for product use.

  5. Malfunctions due to operating or maintaining the appliance inconsistent with manufacturer published instructions.

  6. Consumable parts (i.e. light bulbs, batteries, air or water filters, etc.).

  7. Cosmetic damage to the appliance including scratches, dents, chips, etc..

  8. Appliance discoloration, rust, or oxidation of surfaces resulting from high-use areas or parts, caustic or corrosive environments, including but not limited to: handles, knobs, high salt concentration areas, high moisture or humidity areas, or other areas exposed to chemicals.

  9. Appliance damage from accidents, misuse, abuse, fire, floods, weather, animals, insects, travel methods (items not upright), or other outside forces.

  10. Conversion of the product from natural gas or L.P. gas.

  11. Reversal of appliance doors on or after delivery.

  12. Service to correct improper installation by customer.

  13. Service to correct property utilities (i.e. wiring, fuses, water inlets, ventilation, etc.).

  14. Servicing appliances outside of serviceable zip codes.

  15. Service to correct appliance defects after the appliance was tampered with, altered, repaired, or serviced by a party other than Neu Appliances.

  16. The appliance has a functionality problem that Neu Appliances, or The Manufacturer, attributes to an outside force impeding the appliance’s ability to function under its manufacturer's specifications such as, but not limited to: restricted dryer ventilation, faulty utilities or wiring, restricted drain lines, animal/pest damage, or other outside forces that impede the appliance’s ability to function under its manufacturer's specifications.

  17. Removal or reinstallation of inaccessible appliances or built-in fixtures (i.e. trim, decorative panels, flooring, cabinetry, islands, countertops, drywall, etc.) that interfere with servicing, removal, or replacement of the product.

    NOTE: THE COST OF REPAIR, TRAVEL, LABOR, AND SERVICE NEEDS UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

1. All appliances with a Manufacturer’s Warranty (seen as “Manufacturer” on sales receipt) are solely under the Manufacturer's Service Department’s obligation; not Neu Appliances.

2. Neu Appliances does not service, repair, or warrant appliances having a Manufacturer’s Warranty in any fashion.

3. Customers must contact the manufacturer for warranty details.

4. All of The Manufacturer’s warranty terms, conditions, durations, service locations, and service availability are determined solely by the manufacturer.

5. Neu Appliances does not guarantee any manufacturer’s warranty terms, conditions, durations, service locations, or service availability.

RETURN POLICY

  1. No refunds will be issued.

  2. ACIMA financed sales are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit. All applicable warranty policies still apply.

  3. From purchase date, customers have 30 days to return their appliance(s) for store credit.

    1. Delivery Fees, stove gas lines, dryer gas lines, dryer vent tubes, dryer steam kits, front load stacking kits, rubber and metal washer fill hoses, refrigerator water lines, dishwasher water lines, and other appliance installation connections purchased are not eligible for store credit.

  4. A 10% Restock Fee will be applied to all eligible store credit.

  5. Return transactions needing Neu Appliances’ vehicles to complete the process will have additional charges applied.

  6. Upon receipt of eligible appliances, each appliance must be in the exact cosmetic condition from sale e.g. packaging, wrapping, boxed components, etc.

  7. Store Credits will be valid for 90 days from issue date, and will expire thereafter.

RIGHT TO REFUSE DELIVERY, REMOVAL, AND INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER

1. Neu Appliances reserves the right to refuse completion of delivery, removal, or installation if property conditions are met by the Delivery Team such as, but not limited to: appliance connections on property are rusted, calcified, cemented, or otherwise stuck to utilities; no visible utility shutoff valves within 5 feet of the appliance’s designated operating place; multiple stairs or narrow passageways; furniture, wall decorations, or other obstacles needing to be relocated; appliances that have been designated to be removed but are still in use or contain customer property upon arrival; hardwired appliances; built-in appliances that need trim, decorative panels, flooring, cabinetry, islands, countertops, or drywall adjusted; and other conditions on or near property that block quick access and egress to the property or its utilities.

2. In the event of a refusal: Delivery Fees, stove gas lines, dryer gas lines, dryer vent tubes, dryer steam kits, front load stacking kits, rubber and metal washer fill hoses, refrigerator water lines, dishwasher water lines, and other appliance installation connections purchased are not eligible for returns, refunds, or store credit.

EXCLUSIONS OF DAMAGES DISCLAIMER

In no event will any party (Neu Appliances, The Manufacturer, or The Customer) be liable to the other for any special, incidental or consequential damages, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, whether or not that party has been advised of the possibility of such damage including, but is not limited to: dryer ventilation issues, water damage, food spoilage, wall and/or flooring damage, damage to doorways, damage to stairs/stairways, clogged drains, or any damage that occurs during the delivery process, whether transportation is done by The Customer or a Neu Appliances’ Employee, and whether such claims are based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise. Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

IMPLIED WARRANTIES DISCLAIMER

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE SHORTEST PERIOD ALLOWED BY LAW. THE EXPRESSED WARRANTIES, TERMS, CONDITIONS, POLICIES, DISCLAIMERS, AND CONDUCTS IN THESE ARTICLES ARE THE ONLY GUARANTEES WE WILL MAKE. THERE ARE NO OTHER GUARANTEES, WHETHER STATUTORY, WRITTEN, ORAL, EXPRESSED, OR IMPLIED. IN PARTICULAR, THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THERE ARE NO STATUTORY, WRITTEN, ORAL, EXPRESSED, OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS. THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES AGAINST REDHIBITORY DEFECTS, VICES, HIDDEN OR OTHERWISE.
